Labourer

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment to raising the grade. This person has the desire to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and takes pride in their work, their teammates and our equipment. Consistently demonstrating a positive attitude, this candidate is always punctual and able to work flexible hours.  

  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Use and care of company tools and equipment
  • Ensure all safety procedures are always followed
  • Follow supervisor’s instruction to complete daily tasks
  • Driver’s license is an asset
  • Knowledge of laser levels and/or Topcon GPS system an asset
  • Experience operating small equipment is an asset
  • Ability to perform physical labour 
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Dump Truck & Trailer Drivers

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment to raising the grade. Consistently demonstrating a positive attitude, this candidate is always punctual and able to work flexible hours.

  • Complete daily pre-trip inspections
  • Maintain accurate log documents
  • Submit daily paperwork
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
  • Follow supervisor’s instruction
  • Abide by all rules and regulations of the Highway Traffic Act
  • Valid AZ or DZ license
  • Positive work ethic
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Ability to follow instructions from supervisors
  • Dump truck driving experience is an asset

Working Foreman

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment to raising the grade. Consistently demonstrating a positive attitude, this candidate is always punctual and able to work flexible hours. 

  • Accountable for managing the jobsite 
  • Ensure all site documents and permits are current and onsite
  • Schedule equipment and material deliveries
  • Responsible for mentoring new employees and providing team leadership
  • Responsible for performing safety tailgate meetings
  • Responsible for providing team with daily goals and objectives
  • Responsible to maintain a clean and organized jobsite
  • Experience: A minimum of three to five (3-5) years of civil construction work experience
  • Knowledge of Laser Levels and/or Topcon GPS System an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent leadership skills including the ability to mentor and develop others
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Skills in relationship building with established broad network of contacts including staff, trade partners, inspectors and suppliers
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations

Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Type: Full-time

  • Perform circle checks of equipment 
  • Identify and report any defects in equipment
  • Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of equipment
  • Operate equipment with care, control and respect at all times
  • Adhere to workplace safety policies, regulations and compliance
  • Follow instructions given by supervisor
  • A valid driver’s license is required
  • Transportation to and from sites
  • Positive work ethic
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Ability to follow instructions from supervisor
